Ms Enetty was caring for the father of a very good friend of mine and she came highly recommended. I have know Enetty Kouao for three years. I met her when seeking care for my mother when she had a debilitating stroke in early 2020. Enetty is an amazing woman who loves and cares for others in a genuinely selfless way. She became my mothers daytime (12 hours daily) caregiver when she suffered a debilitating stroke. Enetty was by our side for 9 months caring for my mother until she passed away and then stayed with us for several more months to care for my father who suffers with Parkinson’s Disease.

Enetty came highly recommended by staff and residents at my mom’s senior living facility in Dallas. We saw her working with the residents and how positive the interactions were. We then hired Enetty when our mom fractured her back and needed full time help. Enitty is very responsive and professional - she quickly returns our calls and texts and frequently sends updates and videos of my mom’s progress. We have hired her on three separate occasions when my mom injured herself. The most recent injury (hip fracture), the hospital wouldn’t release mom without a caretaker in place.

We met because she was caring for another resident at the senior living where my mom stays. I saw how she attentive she was to her patient. She and her team are incredible. I was hospitalized and was able to call her and she stepped right in , took to care for my mom , very reliable , very positive , very proactive.
